I am a culinary manager with a rich background as an event coordinator in the most prestigious catering company in France, coupled with years of experience in the graphic design and brand creation fields.
Leveraging my knowledge of gastronomy, management, and design, I have seamlessly fused them together in order to craft never-before seen dining experiences that are sure to captivate one’s senses and exceed their expectations.

I am a culinary professional with a passion for delivering unique dining experiences. Having worked in Michelin-starred restaurants, I have created my own philosophy, which I call “Culinary Alchemy“.
It is about taking the traditional and transforming it into something innovative and exciting, but also understanding the science of cooking, the power of ingredients, and the importance of flavor balance to create something truly magical.

I am a seasoned expert in the fields of Strategic Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Planning and Management.
I spent most of my career in Management, Marketing & Marketing Communications, during which I lead global agency groups in various parts of the world. Sitting on the board of many companies, I am an expert in accelerating business growth and optimizing a client’s Return on Investment.
